We were asked to work with NWTC to update their brand positioning and refresh their outdated branding to reflect their modern and dynamic personality. Our solution builds on the theme of travel and wanderlust and the endless possibilities that are created within the company. Resulting in a flexible brand which colleagues feel proud of; is relatable and enables stronger and engaging communications. This was rolled out across a range of digital and social assets for HR, Internal Comms and Learning & Development. Including presentations, employee welcome packs, stationery and a collection of digital and social media template assets.
